Matt McAteer
Managing Director
With years of experience as an Intensive Care Paramedic, Matt has operated in Rescue Helicopters throughout Australasia. As a Rescue Swimmer in the tropical waters of Northland, high altitude mountain rescues in the Southern Alps, to prolonged care of critical patients in the central Australian outback.
Matt’s client focus ensures that he understands and addresses each client’s unique needs, creating a collaborative environment that leads to outstanding results and long-term partnerships.
Mathew Griffin
Director of Operations
With a rich background as a Specialist Paramedic, Mat has traversed the globe. Starting as a NZ military medic, he honed his skills in the UK, Middle East, and Australia. His extensive experience spans across tactical response, close medical protection, Event health services and aeromedical retrievals.
Mat’s operational focus enhances the efficiency of our services, ultimately leading to increased productivity and success for the client.

As a house hold name in the white water community, Huw is the definition of Adventurer; with none other than Sir Ranulph Fiennes saying “The world needs more adventurers like Huw…” Leading expeditions all over the world, Huw knows the practical reality of risk management.
Huw prioritises practical solutions tailored to a clients specific operational needs. This ensures we implement gold standard risk management strategies.
Dr. Tristan Sames
Clinical Medical Director
When Tristan isnt saving lives in the ICU, he will likely be running an ultra marathon in some far corner of the world. Tristan’s journey into medicine began as a Critical Care Paramedic, where he honed his skills in high-pressure situations and developed a deep understanding of emergency medicine.
Tristan drives clinical excellence in the team to ensure that clients have an adequate level of care relative to the risk of their project.
